Most businesses we meet are paying to replace customers they already had, while leads they already paid for go cold. Vital Signs is how we fix that: four layers, built in order, that grow revenue from what you already own before you spend another dollar on advertising. The goal is a business that runs without you in the room.
It's what happens after somebody says yes, or almost says yes. Here's what we find in nearly every business we look at.
Spending more on ads is the expensive way to grow. The cheap way is to stop losing the customers and leads you already paid for. That's where Vital Signs starts.
Each layer pays for the next. We install them inside the software you already use, and build what's missing only when nothing on the market does the job.
Before we change anything, we make the business visible. Leads, booked work, repeat customers and money in, on one page, updated without anyone running a report. Each number gets one owner. If nobody owns it, it doesn't improve.
Your past customers already know you, trust you and have a card on file somewhere. We sort them by how recently they bought, how often and how much, then build the follow up that brings them back: a proper welcome, the second purchase, reorder reminders, win backs for the ones who drifted, and something special for your best customers.
We map every way a lead reaches you, then make sure none of them depends on somebody remembering. Instant replies by email and text, booking straight onto the calendar, quotes that follow themselves up, and a clear handoff when it's time for a person to call. Every source tracked, so you know what each lead cost and what it turned into.
With the money side working, we connect the rest: orders, scheduling, payments, tasks and handoffs between people. Where your software already does it, we make it behave. Where nothing on the market fits, we build it, the way we built MyVitalAssistant. Everything is documented, so the system outlasts any one employee. Including us.
Not everyone needs all four layers. We'll tell you on the first call if you don't. See the Vital Signs packages and prices.
There are three usual ways to try to grow past where you are. Here's how they stack up.
| Spend more on ads | Hire someone | Vital Signs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | More leads into the same leaks | A person, and the same missing process | A working system, installed and measured |
| Cost over time | Goes up every month you want results | A salary, benefits and months of ramp up | A fixed build, then an optional retainer |
| How you measure it | Clicks and impressions | Whatever they report | A weekly scoreboard tied to revenue |
| Your existing customers | Ignored | Depends who you hire | The first thing we work on |
| When it leaves | The leads stop the day the budget does | The knowledge leaves with them | Documented, and yours to keep |
The goal is the opposite of dependency. You can keep us on a retainer afterward. You shouldn't need to.
Real numbers from real systems. More case studies are on the way, published with each client’s permission.
Results vary with the business, the market and the team running it. No outcome is guaranteed, and we won't pretend otherwise.
No. Vital Signs is built inside what you already use wherever it can be. Your CRM stays your CRM. We only build something new when nothing on the market does the job.
Not always. Some businesses need the scoreboard and Layer 02 and nothing else for a year. The audit tells us which layers you need, and the price follows from that.
It depends on how many layers you need and whether anything has to be custom built. The audit ends in a fixed price, so you know before any building starts. The packages and starting prices are on the services page.
The scoreboard is running in week one. Layer 02 usually shows up on it within the first 90 days, because it works with customers who already know you.
You do. Every account, automation and line of code is yours and documented, so anyone could pick it up after us.
A free 60 minute consult. We'll look at your customers, your leads and your software, and tell you which layer would move the needle first.
