Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vital Consulting LLC (“Vital Consulting”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use vitalconsulting.net, contact us, buy from us or receive our messages, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to do the work and stay in touch, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect
What you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you write in a form, email, chat or text.
- Booking details: when you schedule a call, the time you choose and the answers you give.
- Purchase details: what you bought, what you paid and your billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Project information: logins, content and data you share so we can do the work you hired us for.
What we collect automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site. Clarity records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolls and taps) so we can fix what is confusing. By default it hides what you type into form fields.
- Advertising: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited the site.
- Cookies and device data: these tools use cookies and similar technology, and collect things like your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To answer you, book calls, write proposals and deliver the work you buy.
- To take payments, send receipts and keep business records.
- To send emails about our services, offers and your account, and, if you opted in, marketing text messages.
- To improve the site and measure our marketing.
- To protect our site and our customers, and to meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Vital Consulting, we use your mobile number to send marketing texts: offers and promotions. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share it with the service providers that send our messages for us. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms, and only as much as they need:
- Keap, our customer system, for contacts, email, text messages, orders and payments.
- Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity, and Microsoft 365 for email).
- Meta, for ad measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- Calendly, for booking calls.
- ClickUp, for managing projects and tasks.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and the forms on it.
- AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) for our free website tools. When you use a tool such as the AI Visibility Checker or the llms.txt generator, what you submit is sent to the provider to produce your result.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business.
Your choices
- Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Analytics and ads: you can block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt out add on, and change your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram.
- Access and deletion: email us to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We will answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law or our accounting requires.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information while we work together and for as long as it is useful to stay in touch, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Client data we handle for you
When we build or maintain systems for your business, we may handle your customers’ information inside your accounts. We use it only to do the work you hired us for, we do not use it for our own marketing, and we follow your instructions about it.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
