We write the code that connects Keap to everything else. Keap Certified Partner and developer, working in the product since it was Infusionsoft in 2005.
An API (application programming interface) is how two pieces of software talk to each other. Keap has one. It is powerful, and it has opinions. (Some of them are documented.)
We have found most of the other ones the hard way. Then we wrote them down, so your integration does not have to find them again. Not a developer? Our Keap consulting page is the plain version.
Each of these started as a customer account doing something the documentation did not mention.
An API is the way two pieces of software talk to each other. The Keap API lets your website, your store, your calendar and your accounting read from Keap and write to it, so nobody has to retype anything.
Keap is moving developers from the older API, known as XML RPC, to the newer one called REST v2. Integrations built on the old one need to be moved before it is retired. We have written down the order we move things in, and we do the move for you.
Yes. Most of what we know about the Keap API came from an account behaving in a way nobody had written down. We read what is there, find where the numbers stop agreeing and fix that first.
Keap is usually the center. The work is connecting it to the other software your business already runs on, and building the missing piece when nothing off the shelf does the job.
