In March 2010, we kept seeing the same thing. Businesses with real potential, buried under manual work that should have been automated years ago. So we did something about it.

Vital Consulting started in March 2010 because the problem was impossible to ignore. Business after business was running on spreadsheets, chasing leads manually, copying data from one system to another by hand, while perfectly good software sat mostly unused in the background.

The technology was there. The knowledge of how to use it properly just was not. We built Vital Consulting to close that gap.

Sixteen years later, that mission has not changed. We work with growing businesses across the country to connect their software systems, automate the work that should not require a human, and give owners and teams back the visibility and time they deserve.

We are based in Clearwater, Florida. Our clients are everywhere. And we are still doing exactly what we set out to do in 2010, just with a lot more experience, a lot more platforms, and a lot more stories like Andy Niewald at Burton Pools and Spas, who went from running everything in spreadsheets to full pipeline visibility in under a month.
